Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tub vanilla/ greek yoghurt
  • 1 banana (peeled and chopped)
  • 10 strawberries (topped and halved)
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 10-15 ice cubes

Method

  1. Add yoghurt, banana, berries, orange juice and honey in a blender. Place lid and blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice-cubes a couple at a time until you are happy with the thickness.
