Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk.
  2. One at a time, pour crepe recipe in a pan of low-med heat.
  3. Flip when it is 90% cooked.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit and pure maple syrup.
