- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Combine all ingredients and whisk.
- One at a time, pour crepe recipe in a pan of low-med heat.
- Flip when it is 90% cooked.
- Serve with fresh fruit and pure maple syrup.
