Quinoa and Vegetable Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Quinoa
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Small Cauliflower (chopped into small pieces)
  • 2 Grated Carrots
  • 1 Grated Green Apple
  • 1 Grated Zuchinni
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower Oil
  • Fresh Chives
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Mix together all ingredients.
  3. Distribute mixture into a greased muffin tin or into  paper forms
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
